About Snow Daisy Campervan

Hi, I’m Kerri the owner of Snow Daisy. As a business owner and mum of three, I’ve always found joy in escaping the daily routine for a night under the stars. Whether it’s a family camping trip or a spur-of-the-moment getaway, the freedom of the open road and fresh air are good for the soul.

When I turned 50, I wanted to give myself the perfect gift, a campervan that could keep up with my love for adventure but offer a touch of luxury and comfort. That’s how my Snow Daisy Campervan came to life. I renovated her, adding all the amenities that make camping feel like a treat, from a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances to blackout curtains, flyscreens, air conditioning and cozy bedding. Every detail was chosen to make her a home away from home.

She is perfect for last-minute trips, weekends catching up with friends, sunrise surf sessions and lazy afternoons with Winnie, my dachshund, curled up at my feet.

Since then, Snow Daisy has explored the winding roads of Southeast Queensland, from the sparkling beaches of the Gold Coast to tucked-away hinterland campsites. She is a mobile sanctuary, a place of freedom and comfort.

Now, I’m excited to share Snow Daisy with you so you can experience the same joy of spontaneous adventures with a touch of luxury.

Snow Daisy was the perfect van for our trip! We took a 21 day trip up and down the coast and it was awesome! This van is charming and becomes a home real quick. We are ready to get our own back home. And of course, Kerri was absolutely excellent; making sure we knew how to use everything in the van (including how-to videos!!), she answered promptly when we had any questions, and she made sure our trip was wonderful. She provided us with cookies, coffee and basic pantry! Honestly, we were sad to leave Snow Daisy behind. This is a great van and a wonderful owner, especially for a first time road trip.

Absolutely loved Kerri! As a first time camper Kerri was a great communicator and made everything run so smoothly and even provided little how to videos on how to use certain things in the van! Frequently asked questions

Where can I pick up the Snow Daisy Campervan?

Pick up is available from Bowen Hills. By arrangement, you can also pick up from Milton or Kenmore Hills. Return airport delivery is available on request.

Is Snow Daisy pet-friendly?

Yes! Pets are welcome to join your trip.

Is the van suitable for off-grid camping?

Yes. Snow Daisy has solar power and a battery system for the water pump, TV/DVD, and USB/power sockets. All 240V appliances can also run on solar or when plugged into a powered site.

How many people can Snow Daisy sleep?

It sleeps 2 people comfortably on a double bed.

Is bedding included?

Yes. All linen, doona, pillows, and towels are included at no extra cost.

Does the van have a bathroom?

A portable toilet and a portable outdoor shower (with hot water) are available on request.

What are the driver requirements?

You must:

Be at least 21 years old
Hold a valid full driver’s licence (manual transmission)
Have no probationary or learner licence status

What’s the daily kilometer allowance?

You can travel 200 km per day at no extra cost. Additional kilometres are charged at 50 cents per km.

Are there any driving restrictions?

Yes. No off-road, beach driving, or extended gravel roads.

What is the minimum hire period?

The minimum hire is 2 days. Longer hires are welcome.

How do I return the van?

Please return Snow Daisy with a full tank of petrol and in a reasonably clean condition. Cleaning fees apply if the campervan is returned dirty ($99 inside, $79 outside).

Will I get help learning how to use everything?

Yes. You’ll receive video instructions before your trip, plus a walkthrough at pick-up so you can travel with confidence.
